偶尔在网上发现了两个英文版的《心经》，挺直白的。比汉语的白话文还要白话文。对学英语有兴趣的，又喜欢佛法，不妨了解一下英文版的《心经》。这是释迦牟尼佛教法的心髓

（般若波罗蜜多经的核心）

WhenBodhisattvaAvalokiteshvarawaspracticingtheprofoundPrajnaParamita,heilluminatedtheFiveSkandhasandsawthattheyareallempty,andhecrossedbeyondallsufferinganddifficulty.

当观世音（Avalokiteshvara）菩萨（Bodhisattva：）在修习般若波罗蜜多（PrajnaParamita）的时候，他洞悉到所谓五蕴（Skandhas）皆是空幻，于是超越了所有的痛苦与困难。

Shariputra,formdoesnotdifferfromemptiness;emptinessdoesnotdifferfromform.Formitselfisemptiness;emptinessitselfisform.Sotooarefeeling,cognition,formation,andconsciousness.

出定以后，他对舍利弗说（Shariputra）：舍利弗，实体（色）与空无没有什么区别，空无与实体也没什么区别；实体本身就是空无，空无本身也就是实体。对于受想行识这四蕴，也是一样。

Shariputra,allDharmasareemptyofcharacteristics.Theyarenotproduced,notdestroyed,notdefiled,notpure;andtheyneitherincreasenordiminish.Therefore,inemptinessthereisnoform,feeling,cognition,formation,orconsciousness;noeyes,ears,nose,tongue,body,ormind;nosights,sounds,smells,tastes,objectsoftouch,orDharmas;nofieldoftheeyesuptoandincludingnofieldofmindconsciousness;andnoignoranceorendingofignorance,uptoandincludingnooldageanddeathorendingofoldageanddeath.Thereisnosuffering,noaccumulating,noextinction,andnoWay,andnounderstandingandnoattaining.

舍利弗，所有的法（Dharmas），本性皆空，不生不灭、不净不垢、不增不减。所以在空幻之中，无所谓色受想行识五蕴、也无所谓眼耳鼻舌身意，也无所谓声香味触法、也无眼界至意识界等十八界。没有无明（ignorance），也无所谓终止无明，没有衰老、死亡，也无所谓终止衰老、死亡。没有苦集灭道，没有理解，也没有获得。

Becausenothingisattained,theBodhisattvathroughrelianceonPrajnaParamitaisunimpededinhismind.Becausethereisnoimpediment,heisnotafraid,andheleavesdistorteddream-thinkingfarbehind.UltimatelyNirvana!AllBuddhasofthethreeperiodsoftimeattainAnuttara-samyak-sambodhithroughrelianceonPrajnaParamita.ThereforeknowthatPrajnaParamitaisaGreatSpiritualMantra,aGreatBrightMantra,aSupremeMantra,anUnequalledMantra.Itcanremoveallsuffering;itisgenuineandnotfalse.ThatiswhytheMantraofPrajnaParamitawasspoken.Reciteitlikethis:GatéGatéParagatéParasamgatéBodhiSvaha!

因为无所得，所以菩萨的心中没有任何障碍，因为无所挂碍，他就会无所畏惧，他就远离了那些扭曲颠倒的梦想，达到了终极的涅槃。所以，般若波罗蜜多是一种伟大的精神咒语（Mantra）、是一种伟大的光明咒语，是最最高级的咒语，是无与伦比的咒语。它能去除一切的痛苦，它真实不虚，这就是为什么佛会讲授般若波罗蜜多的缘起。这咒语中这么说道：GatéGatéParagatéParasamgatéBodhiSvaha!

WhentheholyBodhisattvaAvalokitesvarahadtrulygraspedthetranscendentwisdom,herealizedthatvisibleformisonlyillusion.Thesameappliestoitsperception,toitsnamesandcategories,todiscriminativeintellectandfinallyeventoourconsciousness.Theyareallillusion.Withthisrealizatonhewasbeyondallsorrowandbitterness.

DiscipleSariputra!Thematerialisnotdifferentfromtheimmaterial.Theimmaterialandthematerialareinfactoneandthesamething.Thesameappliestoperception,concepts,discriminativethinkingandconsciousness.Theyareneitherexistingnornotexisting.

Sariputra!Allthingsthereforetheyareinthemselvesnotgoodandnotbad,theyarenotincreasingandnotdecreasing.

Thereforeonemaysaytherearenosuchthingsasform,perception,concepts,thinkingprocess,andconsciousness.Oursensessuchaseye,ear,nose,tongue,bodyandmindaremisleadingustoillusion;thusonemayalsosaythereisnorealityinvisibleform,sound,smell,taste,touchandmindknowledge.Therearealsonosuchthingsastherealmsofsensefromsightuptomind,andnosuchthingsasthelinksofexistencefromignoranceanditsendtooldageanddeathandtheirend.AlsotheFourNobleTruths*arenonexistent,justasthereisnosuchthingaswisdomandalsonogain.

BecausetheholyBodhisattvawhoreliesontranscendentwisdomknowsthatthereisnogain,hehasnoworriesandalsonofear.BeyondallillusionhehasreachedthespaceofhighestNirvana.

AllBuddhasofthepast,presentandfuture,foundhighestperfectknowedgebecausetheyreliedontranscendentalwisdom.

Thereforeweoughttoknowthatthegreatverseofthetranscendentwisdomisunsurpassedinitssplendor,andthatitappeasestrulyallpain**.Itreads:

GATE,GATE,PARAGATE,PARASAMGATEBODHISVAHA!
